Add / Remove Attachments

How to upload and manage file attachments on your workpaper entries.

Open the workpapers tab

From within an account, navigate to the Workpapers tab. You'll see your support entries listed here.

Find the support entry to attach to

Locate the support entry you want to attach a file to. Each row in the workpapers table supports one or more file attachments.

Click the attachment icon

Click the paperclip icon on the relevant row to open the attachment panel. You can drag and drop files here or click to browse.

Upload your file

Select or drag in the file you want to attach. Supported formats include PDF, Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), and common image formats (PNG, JPG). Maximum file size is 25MB.

Confirm the upload

Once uploaded, the file appears in the attachment panel with its filename and size. A paperclip indicator on the row confirms the attachment is saved.

View an attachment

Click any uploaded file to open a preview in your browser. PDFs and images render inline; other formats download automatically.

To remove an attachment

Open the attachment panel on the relevant row, hover over the file you want to remove, and click the X icon. You'll be asked to confirm. Removed files cannot be recovered.
