Writing this from Melbourne, where autumn has well and truly arrived. The good news: the product is moving faster than autumn.
First full month-end — done
The working prototype successfully managed a complete balance sheet reconciliation process for a test entity during its first month. That's a meaningful milestone. Nearly all planned features are now implemented — the only major one remaining for the beta testing phase is account grouping.

- Visibility of supporting transactions within reconciliations
- Error-checking capabilities
- Attachment functionality for supporting lines
- Excel data export
- Transaction sorting and filtering
- Ability to unreconcile transactions that net to zero
- Improved onboarding and Xero syncing
- A lot of bug fixes
What's next
Alpha testing starts within the next two weeks. We're tracking ahead of the planned August release and will be reaching out to Xero within the next month to kick off the certification process.
