Introduction
This charter outlines RecHound's commitment to providing our balance sheet reconciliation platform free of charge to non-profit organisations around the world. We believe every organisation deserves access to great financial tools, regardless of budget.
Purpose
Our goal is to support non-profits in their missions by enhancing their financial management capabilities, promoting transparency and accountability, and enabling them to allocate more of their resources toward the work that actually matters.
Eligibility
The offer is open to registered non-profit organisations globally and charitable organisations with recognised non-profit status in their jurisdiction. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of RecHound. If you're unsure whether your organisation qualifies, reach out and we'll work it out together.
Scope of Offering
Eligible organisations receive full access to all RecHound features at no cost — including cloud-based reconciliation, real-time balance tracking, multi-user access, approval workflows, workpapers, and all future feature releases. The nature, extent, and continuation of any discount or free access is at the sole discretion of RecHound and may be reviewed at any time.
Implementation Plan
To apply, email info@rechound.com with proof of your non-profit status. All applications are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of RecHound. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke access at any time without obligation to provide reasons. Approved organisations will receive comprehensive onboarding support to get up and running.
Ongoing Support and Engagement
Non-profit users receive the same product updates and support as all other RecHound users. We'll also actively seek feedback from non-profit organisations to help shape how the product evolves.
Ethical Standards and Data Privacy
We adhere to international data protection standards. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent. We are committed to transparent communication about how your data is handled.
